CeBIT 2010 - Two new CPU Coolers from Cooler Master. V6 GT & HB6

Following on with the ‘engine’ inspired cooling heatsinks, Cooler Master also had the latest addition to the lineup of coolers. The V6 GT features 6 copper heatpipes, nickel coated copper base and aluminium fins. The entire heatsink is encased in a plastic cover which harnesses two 120mm fans. On the top of the V6 GT is a large button, this allows you to change the LED colours.

The fans are rated at giving a massive 2200RPM, although needing such power will be unlikely and would not only sound like you are in a power station but would probably lift off your motherboard!!

Project HB6
Another cooler at the Cooler Master booth was Project HB6. This cooler is directed toward hardcore overclockers and has a whopping seven heatpipes.

Apart from saying that this cooler will be compatible with both AMD and Intel platforms that is all that can be said. HB6 still has some development to progress to production stage.
